OnLive is about to make a revolution in gaming, very soon. Next generation of gaming is here, that would not depend on any game console.
Cloud computing still, might be a little away, but could computing gaming would be here in June 2010. The much awaited from previous year, made almost eight years in making the
service come true, was founded by Steve Perlman. This service will allow you to play games, that are available like Mass Effect 2, on any computer that is operated by Mac or Windows. OnLive will be just an add-on plugin in your browser. The service doesn’t need your computer to be high-end, and promises to deliver High Definition gaming. It only needs your broadband.
OnLive will also be out with it’s own console, called MicroConsole to be attached to TV and you can enjoy the OnLive gaming service. Beta versions were tested and reported to run on 700 to 900 Kbps connection speed.
OnLive gaming service will be launching on 17th June, 2010. It’ll charge on subscription charging $14.95 a month. Visit OnLive Website.
